"At first, I was a little on the fence about doing Pilates. Maybe it was a masculinity thing, but I will be the FIRST to tell you, after I did it...I LOVED it! Pilates was not like any workout I ever experienced. It wasn't just brute strength exercises I was used to — it was completely different but with great results! It was a full body AND mind workout and each class I could actually feel my body getting stronger."
"After checking out the top-rated Pilates studios in the area, I latched onto Bodyline. Here's why: Uniformly excellent instruction. Instructors have impressive backgrounds in physical culture (dance, gymnastics, martial arts, etc.) and extensive training in Pilates. I take advantage by working out regularly with several different ones. Plenty of attention. Reformer sessions are limited to eight people max. Ideal facility. Well-maintained equipment in a spacious, airy, light-filled studio. Everything is scrupulously clean. Terrific location. Easy to get to and plenty of free parking. What's not to love?"
"I absolutely love Pilates and am so devoted to Bodyline! Bodyline really strives to not only give you a great workout but to teach you how to do the exercises properly. The studio is always well maintained and has great energy. I have been a dedicated client of Bodyline for almost 12 years. I have managed to have two children and a career while maintaining a natural and healthy body. In fact, I'm in the best shape I've ever been, thanks to Maria!"
