WHAT IT IS
The foundation of intelligent movement and confident teaching.
Movement Principles is a focused 16-hour intensive that introduces the core concepts behind efficient, intelligent movement. Through anatomy, alignment, breath, and functional biomechanics, students develop a deeper understanding of how the body moves and how to translate that knowledge into clear, safe, and effective instruction. This course is a valuable, required component of a Pilates teacher’s education and can be taken at any point throughout the certification journey.
