Movement Principles Teacher Certification
Movement Principles is the first required module in the Balanced Body® Pilates teacher training pathway. This 16-hour course builds a strong foundation in movement analysis, alignment, and functional integration, preparing instructors to teach with clarity and confidence. Taught at Bodyline Pilates® in Beverly Hills and available in studio and virtually, it establishes the essential movement framework for all Balanced Body coursework.
