POLICIES & FAQ

A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all group classes and private sessions. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full class or session rate.

10-class reformer packs expire 6 months from purchase. 20-class packs expire 12 months from purchase. Virtual packs expire 6 months from purchase.

All group classes are 50 minutes unless otherwise noted. Private sessions are 55 minutes.

Packages are generally non-transferable, but we make exceptions on request. Gift certificates are available in any amount — email the studio.

Class packs and private series are non-refundable.
