  • No. Our group reformer classes are designed for a range of experience levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Instructors provide modifications and progressions so you can work safely and effectively at your own level.

  • Absolutely. Many students start with little or no Pilates experience. Our instructors help new clients learn reformer fundamentals, proper alignment, and movement patterns while building strength and confidence.

  • A reformer Pilates class uses spring-based equipment called a reformer to improve strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and body awareness. The adjustable resistance makes it suitable for many fitness levels.

  • Expect a welcoming environment, expert instruction, and guidance throughout the workout. Your instructor will explain the equipment, demonstrate exercises, and provide modifications as needed.

  • Wear comfortable workout clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are recommended for safety and hygiene while using the reformer.

  • Most clients see the best results attending two to three times per week. Consistency helps improve strength, mobility, posture, and overall body awareness.

  • Private sessions offer one-on-one instruction tailored to your specific goals and needs. Group classes provide expert coaching in a motivating small-group environment while following a structured class format.

  • Yes. Bodyline offers virtual Pilates classes, allowing students to train from home while receiving instruction from experienced teachers.

  • Pilates can often be adapted to accommodate individual needs. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider and informing your instructor of any injuries or concerns before class.

  • Bodyline combines decades of teaching experience, small class sizes, individualized attention, and a movement-based approach that helps clients build strength, mobility, confidence, and body awareness at every stage of their Pilates journey.

  • Private Pilates offers individualized instruction and customized programming, while group classes provide a motivating community environment at a lower cost. Many clients enjoy a combination of both, using private sessions for personalized attention and group classes for ongoing practice and consistency.

  • Look for a Pilates studio that offers beginner-friendly classes, experienced instructors, and options for personalized guidance. New students often benefit from studios that provide private sessions, small group classes, or introductory programs that teach proper technique and equipment use. It’s also important to find a studio with a welcoming environment, convenient class times, and instructors who can help you progress safely at your own pace.
