Pilates Class Levels

Bodyline Basics: Level 1-2

This is for clients new to pilates or with limitations that prevent them from performing the more advanced traditional pilates exercises. We will introduce you to your abdominals and teach you how to move so that you feel every exercise. Pilates is about quality not quantity.

Back to Your Core: Level 3-5

These sessions have a heavy traditional pilates emphasis and utilize different props from week to week. Your back and abdominal strength

will be involved in virtually every exercise.  Modifications will be given for those with injuries but you must know your pilates basics.

Bodyline Burn: Level 3-5

We veer a bit off of the historic pilates path in this session and fuse old school exercises with cutting edge pilates progressions. This session

flows quickly and is not for those of you looking for a restorative workout. Don’t worry we will never let you leave without performing

the hundred or short spine stretch.

Cardio Reformer: Level 3-5

Have you tried jumping on the reformer yet?  We use the jump boards to bring  cardio into the work Mr.Pilates created. Not only does this session get the heart rate up, it challenges you to stabilize your lower back in a unique relation to gravity. The result is a great back and core strengthening workout

Bounce & Burn: Level 1-5

Our signature session designed to make you sweat and burn calories. We will spend half this session at the barre overloading your legs, glutes and arms utilizing ballet positions and light free weights. The rest of the session will be spent jumping. This is our fastest moving session and is performed with music. Not appropriate for anyone with injuries but may be okay for pilates newbies who are fit.

Master Class: Level 5+

You must have pilates certification or studio approval to participate. Bodyline has such an experienced clientele base that we are able to

provide advanced repertoire in a small group setting. This is a great way for professionals to keep their practice up to par.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Bodyline Pilates has a strict 24-hour cancelation policy for all pre-booked sessions. If you need to cancel a group or private session you must call or email our studio before 24-hours in-order to not be charged for your missed session.
