Why should I get my Certification at Bodyline Pilates in Beverly Hills?

Reason #1:  Learn from the Best!

Bodyline Pilates Certification Programs are taught by Master Pilates Instructor Marie Leone.

Maria Leone has been teaching Pilates since 1989 and training Pilates instructors since 1999. Her early dance career included partnerships with some of the most respected luminaries in the business including Debbie Allen and Paula Abdul. Maria has been featured in fitness magazines including Pilates Style and Women’s Fitness and a featured Pilates instructor on Pilates Anytime on-line videos.

Reason #2:  A Balanced Body® Pilates education

Bodyline is part of the Balanced Body educator family. Your Pilates training is recognized as the most in-depth and comprehensive worldwide leader in Pilates Education.

Reason #3:  Flexibility

Bodyline offers Pilates teacher education year-round. Bodyline offers both flexibilities of schedule and payment, as you pay and schedule each module individually. You also have the opportunity to test-out for individual programs in Mat, Reformer or Apparatus. Bodyline is also one of the few studios that offer Anatomy for Pilates instructors.

How much does it cost to become a Pilates Instructor?

Students register for individual modules, instead of a large up-front cost. Each module ranges in cost from $500 to $650, in addition to $65 to $85 for additional class material. Bodyline offers over a dozen different Pilates modules and workshops throughout the year. Students are able to complete training based on their budget and time frame throughout the year.

How long will it take to complete?

Each Pilates Specialization requires completion of the 1 to 3 modules, personal sessions, observation hours and student teaching hours. On average it takes 11-12 months to complete the entire program; though many students will cater the length of their training to their time and budget.

What is the PMA and is this training approved by the PMA?

The Pilates Method Alliance® (PMA®) is the international, not–for–profit, professional association dedicated to the teachings of Joseph H. and Clara Pilates. The PMA does not accredit the Certification training program but students can sit for the PMA-CPT exam after they are certified.
